I have had the opportunity to work on many projects with RMI Group over the past four years. One project that stands out the most is one that made it to the CEO’s desk. The project highlighted HCA’s employee funded, financial assistance program, The HCA Hope Fund. The Hope Fund can provide financial aid and resources to help you start rebuilding after an extended illness, injury, disaster or other difficult situation that impacts your essential needs. We had an employee utilize this program, and it changed their life. When we offered RMI Group the project, they immediately knocked it out of the park for us. Not only do they have the top of the line equipment, their creativity helps with producing the best edited videos you’d ever imagine. The RMI Group team arrived at our hospital, and quickly set up for an intimate interview. They have a way of making sure everyone on set is comfortable and knows what’s to expect during the entire process. For this particular video, we had a quick turnaround time, and RMI Group edited and finalized all footage quickly. The video was used to show our internal employees what The Hope Fund is, and how it could benefit them enterprise wide. It became so popular, that it was viewed by the company’s CEO, Sam Hazen.
